Music Business 101– for existing bands of 3 or more members

This exciting option covers everything in Business 101, but is specifically scheduled and tailored to your band’s needs. It is a 6-8 week, one hour per week class and will serve as an introduction to navigating the wild world of music business. It will also serve as a prerequisite to subsequent classes that your band will need in order to establish itself in the local scene and beyond. This class is only available to bands of 3 or more members.

Similar to the general Music Business 101 class, a few of the topics covered include learning how to effectively marketing your art, developing contacts, marketing yourself/band, booking shows, and bookkeeping. In addition, the instructor will work with your band to answer as many questions as possible that pertain specifically to your band’s situation.

Cash Price: $250 for non-IIM student and $200 for existing IIM students.
