- Fill out the Online Registration form, indicating which program(s) you are planning to attend. Otherwise, download, complete and return the PDF versions of the 2023-24 IIM Application form and Emergency Contact Form.
- Complete and return the Photo/Video Permission Form.
- Complete and return the Liability Release Form.
- Complete and return the 2023-24 IIM Payment Contract.
- Pay your Materials Fee, if applicable, to hold your place in the program.
- Pay your one-time $25 Application Fee.
