In order for us to serve you best, please:

• Fill out the Online Registration form, indicating which program(s) you are planning to attend. Otherwise, download, complete and return the PDF versions of the 2023-24 IIM Application form and Emergency Contact Form.

 

• Complete and return the Photo/Video Permission Form.

 

• Complete and return the Liability Release Form.

 

• Complete and return the 2023-24 IIM Payment Contract.  (not applicable for Summer Camps)

 

• Pay your Materials Fee, if applicable, to hold your place in the program.

Please return the completed forms to Immersed In Music along with the required fees as outlined under the course or class pages.
