Immersed In Music staff is excited to announce Orientation Night for 2019-20 courses and classes is this coming Monday, August 19, at 6:00pm at Londonderry School, 1800 Bamberger Rd, Harrisburg, PA. If you have not yet signed up for the coming year, register online now at immersedinmusic.com.
As we begin our seventh year, IIM will again feature Young Rockers, Advanced Young Rockers, Rockers Prep, Rockers, and Drum Ensemble bands, as well as a variety of Live and Studio Sound Engineering opportunities. We also offer classes in Music Theory and Songwriting, along with Individual Lessons in vocals, guitar, bass, and piano. New this year is a 10-month course in Writing and Publishing a Community Arts Magazine.
Another recent addition to Immersed In Music is a Rockers Master Class, which is geared toward existing working bands who are looking for practical guidance from experienced, working musicians. This class is offered on a full-band basis. Specific services and prices may vary based on the requested needs of any given band. Mentoring options on expanding music business understanding, improving live performances, and prepping for studio recording are just a few of the opportunities that these lifelong working musicians provide. They can help your band navigate and overcome many of the pitfalls that hinder most bands’ development.
