What an amazing and wonderful week of live shows!  Immersed in Music bands rocked the house three days in a row in two different venues!
This past Sunday, June 4, Young Rockers bands The Rocks and the Rollers and Bad Direction had their first chance to take the stage and they took it by storm!! Next came Le Drum Ensemble with their Led Zeppelin medley. Cherry On Top, The Metrognomes, and Charlemagne all wowed the audience with their second shows of the year, showing off the fact that they are more comfortable on stage now that they have already performed in front of Midtown Tavern crowds.
The afternoon came to a close with The Watergate taking the stage to showcase their original material from their just that day released 7 song EP “I Am Yours.”
Monday and Tuesday nights all 13 IIM bands gave their all on the Londonderry School stage as they ended the 2017 Spring Concert series with performances in front enthusiastic audiences. The students were able to collect autographs from their own, as well as other, bandmates using the customized programs and buy tour T-shirts and posters, as well as purchase CDs and EPs at the merch table.
If you missed these shows, there is still one last chance to catch two of the IIM bands: Charlemagne will open for Larado (Dave Kelly’s band) at the East Pennsboro Emergency Services Carnival at Adams-Ricci Park on Wednesday, June 21 at 6 pm and American Canadians, also opening for Larado at the Hummelstown Fire Company Carnival at the Herbert Shaffner Memorial Parkm Water and Poplar Streets in Hummelstown on Friday, June 23 at 6 pm.
